Welcome to Juene' Consulting: where our books are written with three things in mind; flexible and receptive thinking, social and emotional learning and support for the teaching staff. Our books are designed to teach students to read and think without biases. We understand that literacy does not only mean learning to read books with standardized comprehension. It means learning to read and interact with society.

How we help with literacy development?

  • Develop stories based on everyday experiences that encourage children to connect and see themselves in the story.

  • Encourage children to explore areas of interest.

  • Provide lesson plans for whole and small group instruction focusing on specific skills and strategies.

  • Deliver lesson plans with each book that focus on learning targets and objectives to prepare students for the smarter balanced assessment.

Our books are based on realistic fiction, cultural relevance and amusement. They tell a story that highlights diversity while promoting and delivering a positive message. They are fun-loving and provide a spring board into insightful discourse that encourage readers to share their own ideas and experiences.

When Kenzie expresses concern about the Tea Party in Alice in Wonderland, dad knows exactly what to do.

When differences occur in class, Kenzie looks for a resolution.

Thank you again for supplying us with sample copies of your book. Our team of instructional coaches reviewed it on Friday and they LOVED it. They each took a copy to their respective building, so that they can have teachers pilot the use of the book in the classroom. I told them that we can order as many copies as they'd like.
